リニューアル内容（8月24日追加）
１、CD級、BC級でなく初中級中級、中級上級レベルとレベルの区切りを変更しました。
２、先着順でなく、定員オーバーの場合は抽選とします。抽選から外れた方はキャンセル待ちとなります。
３、WEBのみで受付をいたします。
４、それに伴い受付は随時行っています。（今までは毎月1日10時より受付開始）
５、応募多数の場合の抽選は開催月の1日に実施し、その後は先着順となります。
